"Mel-Keeper" has two crucibles in one furnace to make possible to operate continuously. Higher aluminum quality is secured.

Convection heat transfer type melting furnace. Rapid melting is possible by direct material heating with special burner. Heat exchange takes place in their preheating tower.

"Mel-Cast" is the crucible furnace which can also be used as a transfer
ladle. So the temperature drop is minimized which contributes to higher foundry productivity.
▶Low pressure casting holding furnace

This type of furnace is widely used for various aluminum casting. LPNC furnace can adapt to low pressure casting with large holding capacity.
▶Molten metal transfer ladle

Molten metal transfer ladle can hold the molten aluminum for longer period and makes possible to transfer on the public road. It has the aspects of higher insulation, precise holding temperature and safety.
